Submit a Ticket
From your computer, open the Agent Browser by double-clicking the Obsidian IT monitoring service icon in the system tray. Next, select the Ticket Tab and click New Ticket. Complete the Ticket Summary and Description fields and hit Submit!

Call Support
Need immediate support to resolve a technology problem and want to talk to an agent in real time? Our MSP clients receive exclusive access to our technical support team experts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Give us a call and we can help!
Email Support
Send us an email with any questions or concerns about your IT service. A team member will respond as soon as possible with a thorough response to help assist you in any way we can. Our email support is also open for new client inquires.

To join a live session with one of our virtual help desk team members, click on your operating system icon. Our support hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please speak to a support team member before starting a session.
